當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的內(nèi)在機(jī)制不斷增強(qiáng)，基本做到了速度、質(zhì)量和效益的統(tǒng)一，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)介紹--教案第四單元。但是我們也要清醒地看到，世界上還沒有一個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展長(zhǎng)盛不衰，永遠(yuǎn)保持高速度。中國(guó)也不可能例外。Our economy is doing really well,theinternalmechanism for economic growth has beenstrengthened.We have,to a long extent,struck the right balancebetween speed,quality and economic benefit.But it is also veryclear to us that no countries in the world that can perpetuate aneconomic boom and high-speed growth.China wont be an exception.
改革開放取得的成就是有目共睹的。但是，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化，又出現(xiàn)了一些新的矛盾和問題。比如，國(guó)企改革問題，大量失業(yè)和待業(yè)問題、兩級(jí)分化問題、敗壞問題、金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題、生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞問題等。這些問題都需要我們高度重視、盡快找到有效的解決辦法。The achievements of the reform have been there for all tosee.But,as the economic climate changes,there are now newproblems.These include the reform of the state-ownedenterprises,substantial unemployment,the polarisation of incomecorruption,risks in the financial sector and ecological andenvironmental damage.All of them require our immediate attentionand effective solutions in the shortest time possible.
我個(gè)人認(rèn)為，當(dāng)前中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要注意以下幾個(gè)方面：一是加強(qiáng)房地產(chǎn)投資引導(dǎo)，運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律手段，約束高檔商品房的盲目發(fā)展，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房建設(shè)。二是做好國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)，及時(shí)制定應(yīng)對(duì)方案，教案《中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)介紹--教案第四單元》。Personally,I believe China needs to pay attention to thefollowing areas.One,we must provide guidance more forcefully usingeconomic and legal means in the property development market,torestrict the blind development in up-market properties,and topromote the construction of economical and practicalproperties.Two,we must monitor international as well as domesticeconomic development closely so as to be able to respondquickly.
三是加強(qiáng)對(duì)汽車和鋼材等行業(yè)的宏觀監(jiān)控，禁止低水平重復(fù)建設(shè)和無序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。既要及早制止某些行業(yè)過熱傾向的進(jìn)一步蔓延，又要鼓勵(lì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的合理因素。這里需要解決的是如何掌握分寸的問題。Three,we must strengthen the regulation of the automobile andsteel industries,reigning in low-grade repetitive construction anddisorderly competition.We need to stop overheating in some sectorsfrom spreading while at the same time encouraging rational elementsin our economic growth.This is an issue of maintaining the rightbalance.
既要調(diào)控和引導(dǎo)一些行業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的投資增長(zhǎng)過快的傾向，又要采取措施解決部分生產(chǎn)要素供需矛盾加劇的問題。四是多方采取措施，解決部分地區(qū)電力供應(yīng)緊張問題。要切實(shí)加強(qiáng)水資源管理，緩解部分地區(qū)的缺水局面，同時(shí)加快城市和農(nóng)業(yè)用水價(jià)格的改革進(jìn)度。While we need to regulate the overheating of investment in somesectors.we need to take measures to solve the problem of supplyfalling further behind demand in others.Four, we need to coordinateour efforts to solve the problem of severe shortages of powersupply in some regions.We must improve the management of waterresources and seek to reduce water shortages in some regions.At thesame time,we must accelerate the reform of water pricing in citiesand rural areas.
