一、課題研究的背景：
長(zhǎng)期以來，我們廣大小學(xué)英語教師對(duì)課程評(píng)價(jià)在基礎(chǔ)教育課程教材改革過程中的地位和作用缺乏全面、深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。我們的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容和評(píng)價(jià)形式比較單一，重視測(cè)試型評(píng)價(jià)，忽視非測(cè)試型評(píng)價(jià)；重視總結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)，忽視形成性評(píng)價(jià)；重視老師的評(píng)價(jià)，忽視學(xué)生的自我評(píng)價(jià)和合作評(píng)價(jià)；重視對(duì)語言知識(shí)的考查，忽視對(duì)學(xué)一情感、文化意識(shí)及綜合素質(zhì)的考查。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)觀念和教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)手段已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)新的教育形勢(shì)，甚至成為了阻礙全面推行素質(zhì)教育的“攔路虎”。因此，改革傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系已經(jīng)刻不容緩。
二、課題研究的目的和意義
1、在新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施過程中，以教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)改革為切入點(diǎn)，促進(jìn)學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫，語言知識(shí)與技能全面發(fā)展，促進(jìn)學(xué)生的英語應(yīng)用和交際能力不斷提高，實(shí)現(xiàn)英語學(xué)科素質(zhì)教育的目標(biāo)。
2、通過參與“基礎(chǔ)教育英語教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目”，在試驗(yàn)過程中不斷探索課堂教學(xué)中的評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)其形式、內(nèi)容和效果，也在英語教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系的其它領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行相輔相成的探索研究，共建主體多元、內(nèi)容多維、方法多樣的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系。
3、通過參加該子課題的試驗(yàn)，使我校英語教師的教學(xué)觀念和評(píng)價(jià)理念得到更新，對(duì)英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)，通過教師自己設(shè)計(jì)各種各樣的評(píng)價(jià)方案，收集——?dú)w納——分析——總結(jié)——改進(jìn)——?jiǎng)?chuàng)新，提高教師的教科研水平，推進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。
三、課題研究的目標(biāo)
傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)滯后是與基礎(chǔ)教育改革存在的`嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象。本課題的目標(biāo)，就要改革后有的課堂評(píng)價(jià)體系，構(gòu)建一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)主體多元、評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容多維、評(píng)價(jià)方法多樣，重視形成性評(píng)價(jià)和改革終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)的科學(xué)的課堂教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系，為我校實(shí)施新課標(biāo)課堂教學(xué)提供強(qiáng)而有力的武器。
四、課題研究的內(nèi)容
本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容是以《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和《英語教育評(píng)價(jià)通論》等倡導(dǎo)的先進(jìn)教育理念作指導(dǎo)，更新傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)觀念，在教育教學(xué)中探索與實(shí)驗(yàn)，設(shè)計(jì)出一套能激勵(lì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力發(fā)展的課堂教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系，讓學(xué)生在英語課程的學(xué)習(xí)過程中，通過自主、合作、探究等方式，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的個(gè)人目標(biāo)，不斷感受成功的喜悅，從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合語言運(yùn)用能力和健康人格的發(fā)展，促進(jìn)英語課程的不斷發(fā)展和完善。
五、課題研究的方法、過程和措施。
1、研究的方法
（1）教師把評(píng)價(jià)有機(jī)地融入整個(gè)教學(xué)過程，建立開放、寬松的評(píng)價(jià)氛圍，盡可能地開發(fā)和利用課程資源，讓學(xué)生以各種方式積極參與評(píng)價(jià)過程，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生個(gè)人或小組合作進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià)、全體評(píng)價(jià)，感受老師和同學(xué)的期待和肯定，在評(píng)價(jià)中不斷體驗(yàn)進(jìn)步與成功，認(rèn)識(shí)自我，建立自信，有效地調(diào)控自己的學(xué)習(xí)過程，并促進(jìn)綜合運(yùn)用語言能力的全面發(fā)展。

2、研究過程：
第一階段：（20xx年9月~20xx年7月）邀請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目左永蒞臨指導(dǎo)，對(duì)我校全部英語教師進(jìn)行理論學(xué)習(xí)和召開開題培訓(xùn)會(huì)，開展試驗(yàn)。
第二階段：（20xx年~20xx年7月）中期總結(jié)，進(jìn)行階段成果和實(shí)驗(yàn)工作階段交流。在伙伴協(xié)作小組中的兄弟學(xué)校共同組織觀摩課和經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)，探討實(shí)驗(yàn)中的得與失，及時(shí)改進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。
第三階段：（20xx年9月~20xx年7月）總結(jié)本課題的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，收集成果并及時(shí)交流推廣。
3、研究措施：

（2）積極主動(dòng)與參與課題研究的兄弟學(xué)校通過項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行交流，向有關(guān)專家和前輩老師請(qǐng)教，虛心聽取他們的建議，吸收他們的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

高三下學(xué)期，對(duì)教師和學(xué)生來說都是一次磨礪，雖然辛苦，但收獲頗豐。高考英語單科也取得優(yōu)異成績(jī)，文理科平均分104、6，全市排行第十三，最高分137分。作為一名高三的英語教師，隨著今年考試題型的突然變化，曾有必須的迷茫感，但同時(shí)這也是一件好事，促使我們用更多的時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)、研究新題型和高考，以便能夠更好地教授學(xué)生�；厥赘呷@一年來的教學(xué)工作，應(yīng)當(dāng)還是比較成功的。對(duì)學(xué)生的考試技巧指導(dǎo)及訓(xùn)練是有效的、針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的。這主要得益于我們有一個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)、合作的備課組，在此我談?wù)剬?duì)復(fù)習(xí)備考的一些想法和做法。
一、群策群力，集中智慧
持之以恒地開展好團(tuán)體備課活動(dòng)。我們充分利用辦公地點(diǎn)的便利條件。教師提前鉆研教材，吃透重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)，并能提出重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)突破方法，各位教師進(jìn)取補(bǔ)充、完善，做到集思廣益。經(jīng)過團(tuán)體備課，教師明確近期和遠(yuǎn)期目標(biāo)，目標(biāo)具體到人，具體到專項(xiàng)檢測(cè)、月考試卷、模擬試卷等，保證了高三英語教學(xué)的有序進(jìn)行。我校高三英語備課組成員中有具有多年高三英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老教師王志宏教師，也有教壇新秀潘婉媚教師。新老教師都能不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷完善，組內(nèi)構(gòu)成了較為濃厚的研討學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。
二、教，通篇研究。師“培優(yōu)”講奉獻(xiàn)，學(xué)生“補(bǔ)差”不畏難
因?yàn)槲覀兪峭庹Z學(xué)校，很多學(xué)生的英語基礎(chǔ)還是不錯(cuò)的，我們充分激發(fā)他們的潛能，做到越來越好。可是由于各方面的原因，偏科的學(xué)生也還是不少。為了補(bǔ)短提優(yōu)，幾乎每個(gè)英語教師都能利用課后時(shí)間和學(xué)生談心，激發(fā)他們學(xué)英語的進(jìn)取性和自信心，同時(shí)指導(dǎo)學(xué)法，解答疑難;為學(xué)生面批試卷，把補(bǔ)偏落到實(shí)處，盡可能地避免學(xué)生因英語學(xué)科偏科而落榜。偏科學(xué)生能克服重重困難，堅(jiān)持不懈，超越自我，英語成績(jī)有長(zhǎng)足的提高。
三、借他山之石，攻我校之玉
我們深知英語教學(xué)尤其是高三英語教學(xué)決不能閉門造車，尤其是今年是新課標(biāo)實(shí)施第一年，所以我們進(jìn)取與兄弟學(xué)校溝通信息，多次派教師外出學(xué)習(xí)交流(如碧桂園學(xué)校，清遠(yuǎn)盛興學(xué)校等)，并且邀請(qǐng)廣外大的教授來我校舉行英語教學(xué)講座。這些活動(dòng)營(yíng)造了很好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，極大地激發(fā)了學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)英語的熱情，從而有助于教學(xué)成績(jī)的提高。
四、緊扣“一個(gè)中心”，做好“三個(gè)突破”
“一個(gè)中心”就是最大限度提高學(xué)生的英語成績(jī)。“三個(gè)突破”就是突破完形填空，突破閱讀理解，突破書面表達(dá)。這三個(gè)大題在高考試卷中分值比重大，也是多數(shù)學(xué)生的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。所以，我們把它們列為高三教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。
五、注重技巧，突破完形填空
針對(duì)完形填空題的特點(diǎn)，我們注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的解題技巧：
1、快讀全文，整體理解全文大意。
在不看選項(xiàng)的情景下，快速閱讀整篇文章，了解全文大意。考生要認(rèn)真、重點(diǎn)理解句子意思，了解文章背景，理清文章資料的線索。在快速閱讀過程中，不要急于動(dòng)筆選擇答案，要一口氣讀到底，遇到不懂的地方先跳過去，繼續(xù)往下讀，以求縱觀上下文，獲得對(duì)文章資料的整體理解，從而確定確定選擇的基本思路，切忌看一句選一題。

很多閱讀，廣泛接觸各種題材、體裁的文章，是提高閱讀本事的前提和基礎(chǔ)，是保證閱讀本事向質(zhì)的飛躍的關(guān)鍵。沒有足夠的閱讀量，就無法掌握閱讀技巧，提高閱讀水平。

在實(shí)踐中，我們著力于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生五個(gè)方面的本事：

七、提高水平，突破書面表達(dá)
書面表達(dá)中的基礎(chǔ)寫作是近似于翻譯的“寫五句話”，要求學(xué)生從表達(dá)信息的角度組織文字，并且將信息嵌入英語特定的框架(即句型結(jié)構(gòu))中。它的完成有賴于堅(jiān)實(shí)的語言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和正確的語言表達(dá)習(xí)慣。有的學(xué)生不敢動(dòng)手，有畏難情緒，表達(dá)不準(zhǔn)確，辭不達(dá)意，文章條理不清，不習(xí)慣用英語思維。為了改變這種現(xiàn)象，我們?cè)诟呷龔?fù)習(xí)時(shí)注意了這么幾個(gè)方面：
