　　Ladies and gentlemen. I’m glad to come here with you. The topic of my speech today is “Dream Comes True”. It’s a fine day today. I stare at the smart girl in the mirror for a long time. “I can do it well.” I give myself a sweet smile. I’m a guide for my hometown, Lishui. I’m very happy. How time flies! During these years, A simple little girl has become a famous guide. And an old city has taken on a splendid new look. The new high buildings with eye-catching colors have replaced the old houses. The city constructs the high ways. People are living a better and more comfortable life. I check my bag again to make sure that everything are there .Yes, I get them all…… There’s a camera in it. It can take down all beautiful scenery of Lishui. and the beauty of friendship between our citizens and guests. There’s a small mirror in my bag too. I must keep a neat appearance for facing my guests. Today, I have a nice name, call Lishuier. Being our grade leader, she is good at both work and study. In many people's opinion, she is excellent and perfect. But one day she told me she was gloomy and insecure. People around her considered her outstanding and flawless, thinking she could handle everything. But the more she thought about herself, the more disappointed she became. She found that she was far from perfection. Last week, she didn’t do well in her French quiz, and the day before yesterday, she was late for a conference. She felt depressed and frustrated, because she failed to be a perfect girl without any mistakes.

　　I was surprised to hear that for I thought she had every reason to be confident. However, the expectation of perfection has become a burden to her. I told her no one could be perfect and I suggested she find her own position.

　　In fact, people are so eager to be perfect that they demand too much of themselves. They want to be special and unique, and they want to have no defects or weaknesses. However, we can never avoid mistakes and errors. It’s impossible for us to be a superman or a superwoman. No matter how successful we are, there are always some flaws. If we hold that everything should be perfect, we would be overcritical.

　　Doraemon is a symbol of dream, wish and love. I am deeply impressed by every story about Doraemon. “I hope you won’t tie to me anymore.” “I hope you will live happily when I don’t accompany you.” When Doraemon says these sentences to Daxiong before he leaves for 22th century, when Daxiong fights with Panghu to set Doraemon’s heart at rest, I cried feelingly.
