詞匯釋義：“國(guó)際消費(fèi)者權(quán)益日” (International Day for Protecting Consumers' Rights) 定于每年的3月15日，最先由國(guó)際消費(fèi)者聯(lián)盟組織于1983年確定，目的在于擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)的宣傳，使之在世界范圍內(nèi)得到重視，促進(jìn)各國(guó)和地區(qū)消費(fèi)者組織之間的合作與交往，在國(guó)際范圍內(nèi)更好地保護(hù)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益。

There is no doubt that fake and inferior products are extremely harmful. In the first place, they endanger people’s health, giving rise to a lot of injury accidents. In my opinion, several strong measures should be adopted to fight against fake and inferior products. On the one hand, those who make them must be severely punished by the law. On the other hand, due to the growing complexity of the market, consumers are often faced with deceptive practices. Although there are laws designed to protect consumers, there is not a sufficient number of law enforcers to cover all the abuses of the marketplace. Hence, consumers should learn to discern between true and false. Only in this way can they defend their own legal rights and interests.
依我看，必須采取若干措施來與假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品斗爭(zhēng)。一方面，制假者必須依法嚴(yán)懲。另一方面，由于市場(chǎng)的日益復(fù)雜化消費(fèi)者常會(huì)遇到欺詐行為。雖然有法律保護(hù)消費(fèi)者，但是沒有足夠數(shù)量的執(zhí)法者來處理市場(chǎng)的全部流弊。所以，消費(fèi)者應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)辨別真假。只有這樣，消費(fèi)者才能維護(hù)他們的合法權(quán)益。
