　　1、到了那里我認(rèn)識(shí)了所有的的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各個(gè)施工隊(duì)的人員，我和他們進(jìn)取的接觸，經(jīng)過他們我了解了這個(gè)工程的大體概況以及各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的的情景，我明白了這些項(xiàng)目的具體施工步驟。

　　2、經(jīng)過我每一天下工地的努力，我了解了在工程施工中應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的事項(xiàng)(比如配筋、澆筑混凝土等注意事項(xiàng))，明白了如何保證施工順利的進(jìn)行，如何的能夠節(jié)省材料等等

　　3、由于平時(shí)幫忙做些資料，我熟悉了資料員的大體工作程序，工作資料以及培養(yǎng)了仔細(xì)認(rèn)真的工作態(tài)度。同時(shí)我也接觸了預(yù)算和結(jié)算等方面的知識(shí)，我會(huì)努力爭(zhēng)取能夠獨(dú)立處理這些問題。

　　4、在工地上我不僅僅學(xué)到了土建的知識(shí)我還經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察、操作對(duì)于室內(nèi)裝飾、水電安裝等方面的知識(shí)也有了必須的了解

　　5、由于原先做過測(cè)量，來到那里我能順利的操作水準(zhǔn)儀和全站儀等儀器，能夠獨(dú)立的為施工隊(duì)伍算工程量等等。

　　6、其他方面，來到九寨工地我認(rèn)識(shí)了很多朋友和同事，閑暇之余我就會(huì)向他們請(qǐng)教一些和工作相關(guān)的.知識(shí)，雖然有的時(shí)候不能得到滿意的答案，可是我覺得和他們相處很愉快，如果他們有需要我會(huì)盡力幫忙他們。

　　7、在工作中我也存在著許多不足之處，比如有時(shí)候后不夠主動(dòng)，由于剛接觸這個(gè)工程對(duì)于一些細(xì)節(jié)方面處理的也不是很完善，我相信以后我必須會(huì)努力做到更好
